EU Regulation 461/2010 lets you keep your KTM manufacturer warranty while servicing outside the official network, as long as the manufacturer's schedules are followed. That is how we work, and we document it in the exit report.

Do you repair KTM in Barcelona and Madrid?

Do I lose my KTM warranty by not using the official service?
No. EU Regulation 461/2010 allows servicing at an independent workshop without losing the manufacturer warranty, provided the manufacturer's schedules are followed and equivalent-quality parts are used. We meet both conditions and document everything in the exit report.
What warranty do you give on KTM repairs?
2 years in writing on repairs and installations. You also receive a technical report with diagnostic values before and after the intervention — useful if you sell the car or deal with your insurer.
