What do we repair on a Tesla?

Most Tesla jobs we see aren't about the motor: they're the MCU screen with degraded memory, the 12 V battery that fails with little warning, the coolant valve misrouting glycol, and range loss from unbalanced cells. All of it is diagnosed with manufacturer-level tool access — which we have.
Where the official channel proposes swapping the whole Model 3 or Model S pack, we open the pack in a segregated HV room, locate the faulty modules and repair only what's damaged. The car leaves with its range recovered and a report showing per-brick cell values.

EU Regulation 461/2010 lets you keep your Tesla manufacturer warranty while servicing outside the official network, as long as the manufacturer's schedules are followed. That is how we work, and we document it in the exit report.

Do I lose my Tesla warranty by not using the official service?
No. EU Regulation 461/2010 allows servicing at an independent workshop without losing the manufacturer warranty, provided the manufacturer's schedules are followed and equivalent-quality parts are used. We meet both conditions and document everything in the exit report.
What warranty do you give on Tesla repairs?
