2. What data do we process and why?
This website contains no data collection forms. Contact takes place by phone, WhatsApp or email, and the only data we process is what the individual voluntarily provides in that communication.

3. Who do we share data with?
We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. Our web hosting, administrative and communication providers may access it as data processors under article 28 GDPR contracts. Where any provider involves international transfers, these rely on adequacy decisions or European Commission standard contractual clauses.
4. Contact via WhatsApp
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled through the WhatsApp Ireland Limited platform, subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We recommend not sending special category data or sensitive documents through that channel.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@tallercocheelectrico.es with the reference "Data protection" and proof of identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Our services are not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly process their data.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes or new processing activities. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
