EU Regulation 461/2010 lets you keep your smart manufacturer warranty while servicing outside the official network, as long as the manufacturer's schedules are followed. That is how we work, and we document it in the exit report.

Do you repair smart in Barcelona and Madrid?
Yes. In Barcelona we are at Carrer del Tambor del Bruc, 3, Sant Joan Despí, next to exit 13 of the B-23. In Madrid, at Calle Valgrande, 17, Alcobendas, just off the A-1. Both sites work by appointment: WhatsApp 622 552 992 (BCN) or 665 245 143 (MAD).

Do I lose my smart warranty by not using the official service?
No. EU Regulation 461/2010 allows servicing at an independent workshop without losing the manufacturer warranty, provided the manufacturer's schedules are followed and equivalent-quality parts are used. We meet both conditions and document everything in the exit report.
What warranty do you give on smart repairs?
2 years in writing on repairs and installations. You also receive a technical report with diagnostic values before and after the intervention — useful if you sell the car or deal with your insurer.
